Dear Parents,

Device Returns

Schools will be collecting issued technology equipment the same day/time that other school items will be collected next week at each of your respective schools.  Please return the devices and chargers following the schedule provided to you by your child’s school for returns.  Students attending Summer School will NOT need to return Vallivue Chromebooks or iPads since they will continue to use the device they currently have for the summer session.  The Special Education Department will be reaching out to families in their program to make arrangements for gathering technology devices.

Summer School

Summer school will be online this year starting June 1st and ending on July 10th.

High School students needing credit recovery must complete and submit this Summer School Survey. It is very short and easy to submit. Once you submit the survey, your counselor will sign you up for summer school.

Middle school counselors will be reaching out to families who have children needing summer school in order to promote to the next grade level.

Drivers Education Update

June 15th: In-class instruction will resume for students participating in Session 3.

  • Vallivue High School will meet at 7:00 am in the Training Center.

  • Ridgevue High School will meet at 10:00 am in the Lecture Hall.

Session 3 classes will meet daily until completed instructional hours are completed.

July 6th: In-car instruction will resume for students participating in Session 3.

Driving groups will be reduced to two students per group, your instructor will reach out with your new group assignment. Please note that the driving instructor will be required to wear a mask at all times and students will have the option to wear a mask. At the end of each student's drive, the instructor will clean and sanitize the driver seat area.
